  • Laura Hedin was announced as the new Morgridge Endowed Chair.
  • Chris Lowe and Alex Owens were announced as the new director and assistant director, respectively, of the Office for Student Success. Allie Shirar was welcomed as the office manager.
  • Phil Corvino was welcomed as director for Learning Partnerships.
  • Tim Dohrer was welcomed as director for Educator Leadership and Partnerships.
  • Debi Gillette was welcomed as senior director of Advancement.

  • Molly Pasley, assistant professor in the Department of Special and Early Education’s Vision Program, received the Excellence in Teaching Award by Faculty/Clinical Faculty.
  • Pi-Sui Hsu, professor of Educational Technology, received the Excellence in Research and Artistry Award by Faculty.
  • Natalie Andzik, associate professor of Special Education, received the Excellence in Service Award by Faculty or Staff.
  • Dave Benner, instructor in Kinesiology, received the Exceptional Contributions by Instructor Award.
